Both documents are written across the whole engagement from one evidence bundle, so they cannot disagree on a number. The narrative is model-authored; the figures come from the bundle, and each document carries a provenance footer this application writes itself.

Where you have not answered, the model's finding is carried through

A scope document on the board stays blocked until every finding has your answer. That is right for an internal receipt and useless for a document that has to be written now. So here, your decision governs where you made one, and where you did not the model's reading stands as the working position. Every item carried that way is counted, and the weak ones are named, so the reader can always tell an agreed item from an assumed one.
